How to measure
Using a flexible measuring tape, measure your chest (fullest part, under armpits), waist (narrowest point between hips and ribcage), and hips (fullest part of your seat). Keep the tape level and close to the body but not tight.
Size chart measurements are approximate and intended as a guide only. Fit may vary depending on material, cut, and intended use.

Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle using a neutral detergent — no fabric softener or dry cleaning. Turn the garment inside out before washing and use a laundry bag where possible. Keep the machine load to a minimum and spin at the lowest speed. Do not soak, wring, or iron. Hang to dry inside out in the shade.
For jerseys and jackets: close all zippers fully before washing. Avoid wearing backpacks or bags with handles, as friction may cause premature fabric wear.
